Letter 3126/SXD-PTĐT dated 7 August 2025 confirms 2,093 future apartments in towers 5–12 meet the conditions for sale. Check the individual-unit appendix and transaction dossier. This letter does not confirm current stock or cover every apartment across the development.
The current published model sale contract identifies Công ty Cổ phần BLUEMARQ GROUP, formerly Dat Xanh Group, as the seller/developer. Verify the legal entity, signatory, payment account and contract applying to your chosen apartment.
The model contract published in June 2026 provides for expected delivery within 24 months of signing, with earlier or later adjustment up to 180 days. Your own contract controls. The tower 9–11 handover list is separate, and many listed brands allow an “or equivalent” alternative.
Obtain written confirmation of buyer eligibility, contract type, ownership term, remaining foreign allocation and certificate status for the exact tower and unit. The project’s total unit count is not foreign availability. A rental agreement and ownership are different arrangements.
Review the sale contract or ownership certificate, transfer conditions, mortgage and outstanding seller obligations. Request the applicable tax, registration and notarial-cost breakdown. International buyers must reconfirm their eligibility and allocation before a deposit.
